Shipping

An External Courier Company is used to make sure your package gets delivered. The Courier Company can deliver to most of the areas in South Africa.

We mainly use The Courier Guy for our deliveries. Should there be any problems with the location of delivery another source will be discussed. 

Delivery on items in stock takes between 3-6 days for all major local locations and 7–9 days for regional locations from confirmation of your order. 

Orders paid via Bank Deposit (EFT) will only be released on confirmation from the accounts department that the funds are reflected in the SWFit bank account. Should your funds not be reflected in our account within 7 days the order will be cancelled. 

A notification email will be sent once your parcel has been shipped. If no notification email was received within 2 days of payment, please contact us to follow up on your order. 

Keep in mind - We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. We also do not track and trace an order once the parcel is handed over to the courier guy. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are aware that there are conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. which we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for.

Returns

All returning or exchanging goods must first be acknowledged by us via email so we know to await your parcel. Return or exchange of goods is at the user's cost. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your goods. This includes courier times. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept items that have distinct odors or signs of wear and tear. We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.

If you wish to exchange for a different size please indicate the correct size clearly with an exchange of item email to info@sportswear-factory. Should the requested size not be in stock, the return time will be extended as it will be manufactured first. This will all be communicated to the client via email. 

If you consider your items to be faulty and not sure whether to return the item purchased, please contact us first at info@sportswear-factory (Subject- Faulty item) and give a brief description of the fault and provide photographic detail if you feel this is relevant. We will evaluate the case and inform the client whether it is necessary to return or exchange the item. 

All returned or exchanged items are the client's responsibility until received at our workshop. Once we receive the item/s we will notify the client and the item/s will be processed and an action will be discussed with the client. 

Exchanges are sent back on standard shipping and all exchanges a done on the original value. 

Shipping is non-refundable. No returns/exchanges are done on clearance/sale items.

If you are returning an item/s, that meets the requirements to return an item we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-10 business days after we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition. Refunds will be discussed directly with the client. 

The returning/exchanging package must be clearly marked with a name and have the return form inside. The form will be sent via email once we are notified about the situation by the client.
